You can edit or delete an existing email account.
This interface allows you to configure an email address to forward copies of incoming emails to another address. This feature is useful if, for example, you want to use one email address to check emails addressed to multiple accounts. You can also discard email or send (pipe) email to a program. To manage forwarders for a specific domain on your account, select the Managing menu’s desired domain.
Set Up Mail Client
With our setup help, you can configure a mail client to access an email address. A mail client lets you access your email account from an app on your computer or mobile device. For example, use this feature to configure your Apple® Mail client. You can access this interface for an account with the Connect Devices feature in cPanel’s Email Accounts interface.
Save incoming, outgoing, and mailing list messages for a specified amount of time. The system stores the messages in the mail directory in the user’s home directory. Each day, the system generates a new directory with the archive type YYYY-MM-DD format that contains all of the specified archive type’s messages. You can view the messages in the cPanel interface or an email client.
Displays reports about email message delivery attempts from your account. You can also use this to trace an email’s delivery route and find delivery problems.
Configure how the system routes a domain’s incoming mail. For example, you can use this interface to configure the server as a backup mail exchanger, which will hold a domain’s mail until the primary mail exchanger is available.
Configure automatic email response messages. This feature is useful, for example, when the recipient is unavailable or when you are away on holiday.
Filter the email for each email account in your domain. An email filter allows you to set a rule for incoming messages. If a message matches that rule, the system can automatically act on that message.
Configure the spam filter settings (Apache SpamAssassin™) for your account. Spam filters identify and sort or delete unsolicited (spam) email. Also, you can configure your whitelist and blacklist settings.

This feature helps you configure how your server filters all of your domains’ email accounts’ emails. Emails can be discarded, redirected to another email address, filed to a folder, or more.

Set up a domain default address (catch-all address) that receives any mail for an invalid email address for the domain. You can also define how the default address handles incoming messages. The default address may receive messages for your existing email addresses if they contain typos or other issues. Check your domains’ default addresses often for missing messages.
Enable or disable Greylisting for each domain on your account. Greylisting defends email users against spam. When you enable Greylisting, the mail server will temporarily reject any email from a sender that the server does not recognize. If the email is legitimate, the server that sent it will try to send the email again after a delay. After a sufficient amount of time, the server will accept the email.
